To make these delicious fajitas, you’ll need
Tortilla dough
- 180 ml of water
- 20 g fresh yeast
- 5 g salt
- 5 g sugar
- 30 ml olive oil
- 350 g spelt flour
Topping
- ½ chopped red onion
- ½ sliced avocado
- Red peppers, diced
- rocket leaves
- 150 gr gr grilled rib steak
- 80 g of Gouda cheese
Sauce
- Double cream
- Coriander
- Ginger
- Lemon
- Garlic
- Fresh green chilli
