On 21 March we celebrate World Down Syndrome Day. It is an opportunity to create a unified voice for the rights, inclusion and well-being of people with this disability.
It is also an opportunity for all of us to put on our best mismatched socks to value diversity and difference. We are all different, but it is this difference that brings us together.
On this day, Enovos is participating in the “Lots of socks” action. The aim is to show our support for all those adults and children who want to live like everyone else, with their own particularity. This day is also a way to fight against taboos and to see the world gain in solidarity.
You too can show your support on social networks by participating in the “Lots of socks” action.
How do you participate?
- Put on your best socks.
- Take a picture of your feet.
- Share your photo on Facebook or Instagram with #lotsofsocks, and don’t forget to tag us.
- You can invite your friends to do the same!
For each photo posted, Enovos will make a donation to the Trisomie 21 Luxembourg association.
