Energy Costs, Made Simple: Discover the new costs tracking feature in MyEnovos

We’re excited to introduce a new feature: cost tracking is now available in the MyEnovos mobile app and customer portal, for anyone using the Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) billing method.
Now, you can see your energy consumption and production not just in kilowatt-hours (kWh), but also in euros (€), giving you a clearer, more transparent view of your energy use and spending.

Understand what you’re paying for

With recent changes to grid fees and compensation mechanisms, it’s more important than ever to understand where your money is going. This new feature helps you stay on top of your budget and make more informed decisions about your energy use.

You’ll get a practical view of your estimated spending (and solar remuneration if you produce energy), helping you build more conscious, cost-effective habits.

What you can do

If you’re on PAYG billing, you can now:

• View your energy use and production in euros*
• Track your costs by hour, day, week, or month
• See a breakdown* that includes:
  • Energy costs
  • Grid fees
  • Taxes
  • Discounts (shown monthly or annually)
  • Fixed monthly fees (shown in monthly or annual views)

Note: The values shown in the app and portal are estimates and not legally binding. They may differ slightly from the final amounts on your monthly bill.

Who can access this view?

This feature is available if you’ve chosen PAYG billing, where your invoice reflects your real consumption each month.

If you’re currently using a fixed payment method (acompte/décompte), your costs are based on estimates, so this feature won’t be visible yet. But you can switch at any time directly in the MyEnovos app, through the customer portal, or by contacting the Serviceline.

Your new billing method will apply starting the next billing period, and from then on, you’ll be able to see your costs in euros.
