Your MyEnovos customer portal now includes a suite of new reporting tools that turn your consumption data into clear, readable insights – so you can make smarter decisions, whether you’re managing a household or a business.

Explore your trends over 12 months

The Energy Trends report gives you an analytical view of your consumption patterns over a rolling 12-month window. It automatically generates four charts: your average profile by hour and day of the week, the split between weekdays and weekends, your load curve across a typical week, and a seasonal comparison. Key indicators accompany each view, such as the time slot when you consume the most, or the gap between weekday and weekend usage.

Spot your power peaks (for electricity contracts)

The Peak Energy Trends report shows, month by month, the maximum power reached on your installation, along with the exact date and time slot when it occurred. It’s useful for identifying moments of high demand and better anticipating your consumption.

Compare two contracts on the same chart

Managing multiple contracts or sites? The new Contract Comparison report displays the consumption curves of two contracts side by side, over the same period. No more switching back and forth between tabs – everything is visible at a glance, at the frequency of your choice (hourly, daily, monthly or annual).

While MyEnovos desktop portal contains the most detailed information, there are some exciting new features that can also be accessed in the mobile app:

Weather data in your charts

Now in your consumption charts: outside temperature can now be displayed as an overlay on your curves. A handy reference for understanding the impact of weather on your energy use – especially if you heat with gas or have a heat pump.

Compare this year with last year

The Time Period Comparison report helps you answer a simple question: am I using more or less energy than I was at the same time last year? Select a contract, a period, a reference year – the chart does the rest.

Energy data is most powerful when it tells you a story. These new tools are designed to do exactly that – turning raw numbers into clear, actionable insights about how and when you use energy. Log in to the Create Reports section of MyEnovos and start exploring. The more you know about your consumption, the more control you have over it.
